JOBIS project short-term joint staff training event took place in Klaipėda, Lithuania, from the 23rd to the 27th of April 2018. The course, organized by the Lithuanina partner, the Klaipedos valstybine kolegija (KVK), was attended by professionals from all partner countries – Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Italia and Cyprus. During the week participants got acquainted with the training material created by JOBIS partnership during the previous months, working on burnout prevention and coping. Each team from the project partners countries was asked to lead the selected exercises from training modules developed. The meeting was also an opportunity to exchange professional experience and create an international network of professionals trained on the issue as well as to give important feedback about the presented materials.
